Looking for a peaceful retreat in North London? We have a lovely double bedroom available in our clean, well-maintained shared flat, just a short stroll from the buzz of Wood Green.

We are perfectly positioned for both peace and play:

Commuting: An 8–10 minute walk to Wood Green Station (Piccadilly Line, Zone 3) gets you into Central London in no time.

The Hub: Seconds away from The Mall, cinemas, local pubs, and great cafes.

Fitness: Choice of three gyms (The Gym Group, PureGym) nearby. If you are into Tennis we have a public and well kept Court, literally 15 seconds walk from our front door.

Nature: Very close to the iconic Alexandra Palace—perfect for weekend walks and incredible views of the city.

The Housemates

You’ll be sharing with two Italian professionals (37 and 40) working in the events industry. We are friendly, chill, and have a great sense of humor, but we also deeply value a quiet, tidy home after a busy day at work. We love music, sports, and good food.

We are looking for a like-minded professional who:

Values a clean and organized living space (we all pitch in for a weekly deep clean).

Appreciates their own personal space and respects others' boundaries.

Prefers a quiet, relaxed environment over a "party house."

Note: We’d prefer someone who primarily works out of the house.

The Details

Availability: April 1st (we can be a little flexible for the right person).
