Hello, I have a room available to rent in my home in Wood Green.

My home (and maybe yours too if you move in) is really close to the tube and about a 5 min walk to the train station at Alexandra Palace.

The room itself is a small double, it comes furnished and overlooks the garden, in a really quiet home, there is minimal external noise, EG, traffic

You’d be sharing with me, Par. I’m a professional guy, like most people, busy at work in the week.
The rent includes all bills and obviously use of all shared rooms in the house

Apologies - this place isn’t suitable if you work from home.


The rent advertised would be for 2/3 nights a week. I am really flexible and open to negotiation and coming to arrangement that works for both of us in terms of a rental agreement etc. Therefore am not tied to just to 2/3 nights, it could be 1 or 4 if that’s what you’re looking for
