Double room to rent

Double quite specious room to rent available close to Wood Green( zone 3 Piccadilly Line).
I’m 41 years old women from Poland. I’m
quite busy living my life and working long hours as a hairdresser. I like peaceful atmosphere in the flat. I’d like to share it with somebody with a similar mindset. Although it’s nice to see each other sometimes and a socialise a bit. The place is kept in a good condition, clean&tidy. In my free time I meet with friends. I enjoy walking in nature, yoga or a good book or a movie.
All local amenities like shops, restaurants, parks or cinema are nearby.
Additional bills around 70 or a bit less depends of the season.
