As this room is located on the ground floor there is also easy access to another toilet room

The current housemates consist of Amanda who is currently a DJ and does gigs and sometimes work from home, Hope who is currently a student at theatre school. Ellis does design & print services. We are looking for a quiet but reasonably sociable housemate who also respects other peoples privacy and that keeps tidy as this isnt party house but everybody gets along. You can possibly have your own friends over for a dinner from time to time as the lving area and kitchen is a great space to use. Sometimes in the house summertime we may have a BBQ in the garden or a drink together on the weekends.

There is a cleaner that takes care of the communal areas of the house that comes weekly (this is paid £36 monthly)
