Lovely room inclusive of all bills

Must love dogs! I have to put that first as I have a dog so the new lodger must be ok with animals.

Lovely bright large loft room on a leafy street. You can have access to the rest of the house. There is a large new kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer so plenty of room. There is parking but you will need a permit. The cost will depend on the car which you can check on Haringey Council website. It’s a 12 minute walk to Wood Green station (zone 3) on the Piccadilly line and 15-20 minutes to zone 1. The high street and mall has a plethora of shops for your retail therapy. For green spaces, Ally Pally is just a 20 minute walk or hop on the W3 at the bottom of the road and it’ll take 5-10 minutes.
As this is my home, I’m looking for someone who is tidy, clean and respectful. I wfh so cannot have someone who wfh too. I’ll accept if you are a hybrid worker. This is a very quiet, calm home.

No couples please and I will consider someone who wants Mon-Fri lodgings too.
