Living Room

Hi! I've currently got 2 rooms available is a cozy 3 bed 1 bath flat in North London (Wood Green/Noel Park area).

As my current flatmates are leaving London, I am looking for people to take over the 2 open spaces when they move out. Both rooms will be available from the 7th of July (move-in dates can be discussed further).

Super spacious kitchen and living room area, we also have a balcony with seats and a table outside for the summertime.

Amenities include a washing machine, parking area in front of the flat, a shed to store your items if needed, wifi, built-in wardrobe in each room, etc.

The price listed does not include bills, however will come out to around £50-60 per person, per month.

Also a little bit about me (the one who's staying):
I'm 22, recently graduated from university, currently work as a bartender in west london, big into sports and music. Will pretty much get along with anyone and down to partake in any of your interests.

Couples are welcome; however, the monthly rent will be a bit different (message me for info)
