Lovely double room in Wood Green

I am moving out from this lovely house as moving to Australia and I would live to find a nice person that will replace me!

The house is a Victorian house and it’s a 3 minute walking from Wood Green underground station.
The are in total four people living in the house , a friendly Italian woman and a couple who lives in the attic and have their own bathroom.
The house has a big living room space, a fully furnished kitchen and a cute little garden.
It has a washing machine and a dryer.
There is a bathroom that you will share only with one other person.
The room is a double room, it is very large and has a lot of light and a very comfy king size bed.

Bills are not included but they are around 50£ each month.

We are looking for a person that is a professional and likes a quite relaxing house.
