Double room in bright and spacious house!

We have a double room available in our bright, spacious shared house in Wood Green! The house has two bathrooms and three bedrooms, a back garden, ample storage, and is very clean and well-taken care of by the landlord. The house is on a fairly quiet street and is a short walk from Alexandra Palace and also the Walthamstow Wetlands. Our closest stations are Wood Green (Piccadilly line), Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly line), and Bruce Grove (Weaver line), all in walking distance.

We are:
Morgan (she/her) — writer, historian, filmmaker, and harpist. Very witchy.
Sion (they/them) — civil liberties solicitor who likes playing and watching football, chess, hiking and watching tv.

And Sion has a much beloved cat named Llew, who is very sweet once she warms up to people. Llew is an indoor cat.

Sion works from an office and Morgan mainly works from home. Morgan bakes a lot, so there is often something to share in the kitchen. We’re a fairly quiet house, not a party palace - but we do love to have the occasional dinner for our friends. We have an extensive library of books. And we’re both in our late 30s.

What we're looking for in a housemate:
Ideally, we'd like to have someone who is also queer and/or trans, and over the age of 30. Tidy. Always pays bills on time. Friendly but also has their own life. Someone who values having a relaxing home. Like cats.

£800 pcm + bills (around 100-150 depending on time of year)

Long term (looking for at least 1 year commitment to stay, minimum 2 months notice to break)
Accessibility: terraced house with staircase to bedrooms (16 steps - main bathroom on ground floor, second bathroom on upper floor. No intercom system. One step out into back garden. There is a doorbell. No lift. Not scent-free.)

Move in date is flexible from the end of June to mid July.
