Friendly houseshare in Wood Green

Hey! We are Lauren and Eleanor and we are 27 year old professionals looking for a third person to join our friendly houseshare in Wood Green.

Lauren works in publishing and enjoys brunch, pub quizzes, going to concerts, and running, while Eleanor works for a trade union and likes swimming, reading, cooking, and playing the double bass.

The rent would be £783.33 plus bills, with a start date of 9th September, and the council tax band is D. The house is about a 10 minute walk from Wood Green tube station which is on the Piccadilly Line, and a 20-25 minute walk to Alexandra Palace Station. We have a shared bathroom, a spacious lounge/kitchen diner, a small study for shared use, and a garden. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a bedside table, with plenty of space for you to add a desk if you need one.

We would love to find a friendly, considerate, LGBT-friendly female or non-binary housemate who is a young professional around our age, who is hoping to be friends with their housemates, is clean, tidy, and respectful, and wants a place to make their home.
