The room is very spacious, clean and affordable.
We have a nice shared living room and kitchen and two bathrooms.
The whole house is well kept and cared for. We have a weekly cleaning rota and hope to find someone who is clean as well.
Its a nice area with Alexandra palace park nearby, lots of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops.
Bus stations are 30sec from the house and tube station a 7-10min walk. Overground 15min walk from the house.
You would be sharing an old victorian house with four other girls who are all very lovely and open.
We occasionally do stuff together, go to the cinema or cook together.
We are looking for a tenant who is similar.
Someone who is open, communicative and considerate.
Bills are around 100£, a bit more in winter.
