As the photos show, the house is very spacious with a separate kitchen and living room, and a garden, which we love sitting in with friends during the summer months!

It’s a girls-preferred house, so we looking for a professional female to join us. Someone who's sociable, clean and tidy, respectful, enjoys going out/socialising, but also staying in and having a cosy evening

We have room available in the house where we live and we’re trying to find someone nice to join us! We currently have:

The room comes fully furnished with a wardrobe and a double bed. All bills are included.

The ensuite is currently 1,100 with all bills included. Both rooms required deposit.

Will be available from the 20 of July.

The house is only a 6-minute walk from Wood Green station. ZONE 3 (N22)
