As this is the smallest room in the house, you get a second room included, currently I just use it for storage but would be ideal as a walk-in wardrobe, home office etc
The bedroom itself is really light and peaceful, with three large windows facing the garden. It has loads of potential. It can fit a double bed, and then there is a separate nook where there is a desk and also shelfs/rack for clothes.
The house has a garden, patio and off-street parking, so it’s handy for visitors or dropping things off.
Just a 5-minute walk from Wood Green tube and Alexandra Palace station.
Bills are roughly another £100-£140 a month depending on time of year due to heating.
Can be flexible regarding move in date.
