We’re looking for someone who can lease transfer with our outgoing housemate. Need to be able to be referenced for £1350.

The house is beautiful with a private garden, shed and two bathrooms.
10 min walk to the high street and Wood Green tube station (Picadilly line)

Your room is the largest in the house with a lovely view of our private garden. Can come furnished or unfurnished.

We are a gal and a gay with two diva cats. I am an Iraqi-Aussie writer and film producer working freelance who loves a boogie. Laith is an office manager and an aspiring real housewives cast member. Loves interior decorating and a boozy brunch.

We love music, cooking together, a good gossip in the garden at the end of the day but also love doing our own thing.
