Looking for a new housemate in our home

Hello everyone! 👋

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely home in Wood Green (N22)!

We’re three professionals, aged 30–32 — a music composer, an acoustic engineer and a chef — and we’ve been living together in this house for the past 2.5 years. Sadly, the fourth member of our little gang is moving on, so we’re looking for someone new to join us and make the house their home too.

Over the years we’ve turned the house into a clean, warm and friendly home, and we’d really like to find someone who is looking for the same. We’re all busy bees with our own jobs, friends and independent schedules, so we definitely respect each other’s space — but we’re also good friends and enjoy catching up in the kitchen, having a drink or dinner together, and generally making the house feel like a home rather than just somewhere we rent.

We’re ideally looking for someone around a similar age who is clean, considerate, friendly and easy-going, and who’d like to be part of the household while still having their own life and space.

Rent: £900 pcm + bills
