En-Suite Double Room in Wood Green

Hi all!

Our housemate is moving to a flat so a room has opened up in our spacious wood green home. the room is furnished, has an en suite and gets great light! you would be living with two women in their early 30s, and four cats! (I will be traveling on and off, so quite a bit of the time it will just be one other housemate and 1 cat you will be sharing the house with!)

Your room will be on the second floor, next door to the second bedroom. The attic on the 3rd floor has been converted to a third bedroom. All the rooms are en suites with a guest bathroom in the living room. The first floor consists of communal spaces; the large living room, kitchen and garden.

The house is a 6-7 minute walk from Wood Green station. It takes 20 minutes on the Piccadilly line to get to central London. It is also a 5-10 minute walk from Wood Green shopping centre and many restaurants.

Water and wifi bills are included in the price, but electricity and gas is a pay-as -you-go basis. the house is a 7 minute walk from wood green station. Looking for someone to move in asap!
