Looking for a welcoming home with a relaxed atmosphere and plenty of shared space? A garden-facing room is becoming available in our house in a quiet residential neighbourhood.

The room is spacious, with plenty of space to relax and make yourself comfortable. It overlooks the back garden, offering a peaceful setting to come home to after a busy day. I’ll also be leaving my large desk for the next tenant, providing a comfortable space for working or studying

👋 Who you’ll be living with

You’ll be sharing with three working professionals: one man and two women. Everyone has their own routine, and the atmosphere is calm, friendly and respectful. We enjoy an occasional chat or spending time together, while also respecting each other’s privacy and personal space.

We’re looking for someone considerate and tidy who would enjoy being part of this home and help keep the shared spaces pleasant for everyone.

I’m moving to another part of London for work, so I’m looking for someone to take over my place on the existing tenancy. The change will be arranged through the letting agency, subject to their checks and approval.
