A double bedroom is available in our quiet, cosy house in Wood Green (N22). We’re looking for someone to move in asap and at the latest from the first of November.

You’d be sharing with four guy friends and a cat named Jodi. The house is spread over three floors, and there’s plenty of shared space with:
- -Two kitchens
- Two living rooms (one with a TV)
- Two bathrooms and three toilets
- Large garden
- Shed and attic space for storage

Rent is £742 per month. Bills are currently around £100 per month, covering council tax, gas, electricity and Wi-Fi, though they’re likely to be higher in winter.
