Hi! I’m looking for a sublet from January (earliest considered would be December 1st) for my en-suite loft room based 10 mins from Wood Green station.
I have two female flatmates and one of the rooms currently has a sublet for a 20yr old student until January and my longtime roommate Catherine.
We are all pretty independent and have our own schedules but have a shared massive living room which is amazing for hosting events or catching up.
Only looking to sublet for now but could turn into a lease offer dependent on how things roll over the next few months!
Bills will be £50-75 extra depending on the moth as the house pays all bills independently of our landlord.
