Private south facing garden with Victoria plum tree, pear and palm tree and Bay leaves and other fresh herbs.

I am in the UK only twice per year (2-3 weeks at at time) so the houseshare will be mostly between 2 people only. I'm a film director/entrepeneur and moved abroad with my partner and our 8 year old boy. There is currently only one other professional flatmate.
