Hi there,
I am moving out of my room in this lovely houseshare to move in with my partner. I am looking for someone kind and respectful who can take over the last 4 weeks of my sub-tenancy from June 29th to July 28th. On July 28th everyone of the current houseshare moves out and the landlord will move in themselves.
The two housemates are lovely to talk to, friendly and respectful. I will have moved out all my things by June 28th but the room will have a bed, chest of drawers, and built in wardrobe for storage.
This sublet is suitable for someone who is looking for a short stay only.
