Eliza, Tim and I (Matteo) are looking for a fun person to live with us! We’d love to live with people who are fun and up for a drink or bbq. We are also very clean and respect other’s privacy.

We're looking for a single person to occupy the other double bedroom in the penthouse. We like to have people around that we get on with and could eventually call friends!

The flat has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a huge lounge and kitchen. It is one of the very largest and most beautiful apartments in the Vista Building in Woolwich.

It has two private balconies and huge floor-to-ceiling windows to gaze at London's skyline (O2, cable cars, Shard, a long stretch of the Thames). The flat is flooded with natural light from sunrise to sunset, even when the streets below are gloomy.

There are direct DLR, Elizabeth Line and National Rail trains from Woolwich station to Bank and London Bridge. A typical commute to central London would be around 30 minutes. The area is lovely, close to the river and has as many shops and pubs as you’ll ever need.

You'll be surrounded by many local amenities including very easy access to Sainsbury's, Tesco, Post office, WH Smith, Nando's, Mc Donald's, KFC, Primark, TK MAXX, Clark's, Next, New Look, Argos, Blue Nile, Curry Asia, Gym, Pool / Watersports / Leisure Centre, Starbucks and many more shops in Powis Street.

The price includes the building's service charge, water and internet bills. The rest of the bills will be split evenly amongst us.
