Room available in Royal Arsenal Riverside

The available room

Hi there,

I am looking for a flatmate for my two bed flat in the Royal Arsenal Riverside. I have a double room available with loads of storage. You will have sole access to the main bathroom as I have an ensuite. The flat comes with:
- Sky TV/netflix/Amazon Prime/Disney
- Broadband
- access to the community gym if desired (£30 a month)
- washer dryer
- dishwasher
- all kitcheny things (nutribullet, slow cooker, air fryer)
- plants that I am slowly killing

The flat is a one minute walk to Woolwich station for the Elizabeth Line and less than 5 minutes to Woolwich Arsenal for DLR/National Rail. We have a Tesco literally next door but also a Starbucks, a Gails, an M&S, a Sainsbury's, a sushi restaurant, and a hairdressers all within 1 minute away!

I am looking for someone who is chilled, a professional, and maybe a good pub quiz team addition!
