The room is on the 2nd floor of the Victorian house facing garden with river views in distance. The double bed has orthopaedic matrass. There is double wardrobe, chest of drawers, under bed storage, desk, chair,2 x lamps, shelves.
The house has big garden (90 feet long) and the park is at the end of street.

10 min from the house is food store Co- Op, post office, fruit and veg stores, takeaway shops, local dentist and GP surgery, local pub.

Kitchen/Dinner has fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and plenty of cupboard space.

Household :
This is clean and peaceful house for someone like minded.
There are 2 small friendly(oldish), well trained, calm, hypoallergic dogs living in the house.
You do not have to interact with them if you do not want to. You will be sharing with me and only 1 other female flatmate.
I work from home mainly(office hours) and my flatmate works in school. We do have long chats but we socialise with friends outside of the house and looking for someone who can fit the environment. If you want to keep yourself to yourself that's fine too.

Clean and respectable person who can tolerate presence of dogs and is used to clean after themselves.

10 min by bus (244, 386, 51, 53, Night bus 53) or 22 min walk to:

• River bus Woolwich
• Southern Eastern Woolwich.
The bus stop is 5 min walk from house.
