The flat is located in the Heritage Quarter of the Royal Arsenal Riverside in Woolwich. The flat is bright and airy with plenty of natural light and very spacious with 1,066 sq. ft. of living space between two levels. The Elizabeth Line and Uber Thames Clipper are within 5 minutes. The DLR and train station are within 10 minutes walk. Getting anywhere in London is quick and easy! There are plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants on the Arsenal or in the centre of Woolwich. The building/flat sits within a gated courtyard adjacent to the Thames.

I am looking for a flatmate for the second double-bedroom that currently has a king bed and a single. Additionally there is a bedside table, dresser and clothing rack with plenty of space to add a desk.

I am completing my Masters at UCL and am looking for a flatmate that is respectful of our own spaces while also outgoing and looking to get along! I am always down for a nice night in watching rubbish tv or a night out for a pint at our local! I love to travel and explore whether it is around London or a new country. Although this add says I am American I also have British citizenship and grew up living in 5 different countries!
