The spacious bedroom is on the 2nd floor of the Victorian house. The measurements are 4.9m x 3.6m (15`11x11`11 inches). The king size bed has an orthopaedic matrass and build in storage drawers. There are 2 x double wardrobe and 1x single wardrobe, writing desk with drawers, chair,1 x lamp.

Kitchen/Dinner has fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and plenty of cupboard space.

HOUSEHOLD:

This is clean, NON smoking, and peaceful house.
You would be sharing the house with landlady, 2 small and friendly hypoallergic dogs and 1 other female housemate.

YOU:

Clean and respectable person who can tolerate presence of dogs and is used to clean after themselves.

10 min by bus (244, 386, 51, 53, N53) to:
• DLR Woolwich Arsenal
• Elizabeth Line Woolwich (7 min to Canary Wharf, 20min Tottenham Court Road, etc)
• Uber Boat -River bus Woolwich
• Southern Eastern Woolwich.
The bus stop is 5 min walk from house.
