Double bedroom available immediately w. parking

Hi everyone, I’m John live in landlord in this 3 story 3-4 bedroom townhouse in a gated community in Woolwich. We’re right up by the barracks and the common in what was a new build about 8 years ago.

There’s a furnished double room on the 2nd floor available with a parking space to boot!

Currently I’ve Bryan staying with me and I’ve a spare double room at the bank of the house on the top floor.

There’s a shared bathroom, front room, back/dining/music room and it’s a big house for 3 people.

I run a property company so I’m rarely in the house these days but B works from home in his room as do I when I’m there.

The hospital is down the road as is Woolwich town centre and it’s a quiet but well connected spot with a bus stop outside.

Happy and quiet house, I’m 44 Brian is 27. Both professional and like cooking.
