The room is not available until Sunday 6th December.

The landlord (who will be away travelling during this time) is Deaf and uses sign language, a great communicator. Landlord has lived here 12 yr, has had many lodgers over the years without issue. Landlord is gay and expects nothing but total respect for humanity.

The other tenants, Daniel and Ciaran, occupy the 2 other rooms. Daniel is Scottish and likes reading and doing his own thing. Ciaran is a teaching assistant and likes TV quiz shows. Both are also Deaf and good communicators.

This is a lovely quiet and clean household near the barracks of Woolwich. 10min walk to Woolwich Elizabeth line or 2-3 bus stops - frequent buses around the corner. There is a local Tesco's round the corner, 1 min walk. The area overlooks the artillery area. Woolwich Arsenal and Woolwich Dockyard are other train stations nearby. There is also the DLR.

The house is fully equipped with air fryer, all modern kitchen stuff etc. Walk in shower is a great facility.

Lovely walks nearby include the Woolwich Common and the Royal Arsenal Riverside.

We have a cleaner who comes in fortnightly.

The interested tenant needs to be independent and respectful of a clean household.
