This apartment has two rooms. One is already occupied, and the other is available for short term let.

Rent- £1,200 per month bills included available from 29 August until 20 September (3 weeks). The dates are slightly flexible.

Inclusions-

Water, electricity, counil tax and WiFi all inclusive in the rent value.

Appliances include washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave etc

The flat is located on a top floor and has amazing views of the Thames and Thames Barrier. You can also see all canary wharf high rise buildings from here.

The living room and kitchen will be shared and open to use. There is a big balcony in the living room and the floor to ceiling window allows lots of natural sunlight. You will be able to enjoy amazing sunsets from this apartment.!! I’ve put some pictures of the sunset as well 😌

There are supermarkets around within 5-10 minute walking distance including Tesco, Sainsbury, M&S, Poundland, Primark, TkMaxx etc

The apartment is also around 10 min walking distance from Woolwich DLR, Elizabeth line and Woolwich Arsenal Station.

There is a bus stop within 2 min walking distance which has good connectivity with Greenwich.

There is also a nice long promenade to walk across the Thames right outside the building.. ! Trust me you’ll enjoy your time here! 😋
