The room is cosy, quiet, and fully furnished, located in a clean and comfortable shared house with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

You’ll be sharing with 4 friendly housemates (2 girls and 2 guys), making 5 people in total. One of the rooms has its own private bathroom, so only 4 people share the two main bathrooms—no queues and everything stays calm and convenient.

The house is sociable but chill—everyone is happy to chat and hang out, but also respects personal space and busy schedules.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with storage space, and a small garden with a seating area—perfect for relaxing.

Great location with everything you need nearby: Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and Lidl are all within walking distance. Bus stop is just 3 minutes away, and both DLR and Elizabeth Line stations are around a 15-minute walk.

Available between June and the end of August, with flexible dates. Rent is £850 per month, with flexibility depending on length of stay. Bills are included (WiFi, electricity, water, and council tax).

A deposit is required (amount depending on the length of stay).
