Rent is £1000 per month, with bills coming to around £200-£250. This property is council tax band D. The flat has one bathroom so this would be shared with me. Please note this bedroom comes unfurnished.

📍 Location: The flat is in a prime spot if you're commuting into central London, with great transport links, as well as plenty of shops nearby. Woolwich and Woolwich Arsenal stations are just a short walk away.

A bit about me, I'm a 36 year old gay guy working in PR, specialising in video games and live events which keeps me busy. I work hybrid so working from home Mondays and Fridays, in the office Tuesday - Thursday.

I like to hang out doing chill things like catching a movie or grabbing a coffee, but also keen to keep active at the gym, playing squash, or running along the Thames which is ever so close. Pretty chilled and sociable soul looking for someone else to make this a home. Also very appreciative of having my own space so don't worry I wouldn't be bothering you all the time 😅

I like a tidy space (cleaning is my therapy) so would ideally like someone who would help keep the place feeling nice and clean (and cosy during winter months).
