We are looking for a fourth housemate to join our clean, social and chill house.

Some of us have been living here for a while. We are clean, respectful, and quiet. Two of us are professionals, and one of us is graduating university and about to be a professional.

Our fourth housemate is moving out to live with her partner, and the room is available from 1st September 2026.

We are looking for someone who wants to stay for at least a year.

The rent is £640 per month and that is inclusive of the bills (energy, water, WiFi and council tax band C). The rent is paid a month in advance. The deposit is £606.

The room and house are fully furnished. The room has a bed, desk, wardrobe and a bookshelf.

The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, toaster and a washing machine (with a dryer).

We also benefit from having two bathrooms and two gardens. We have a small living space as well.
