- The Thames riverside is a 15 minute walk, with lots of cafes and pubs.

ABOUT ME:
I'm Jaz - I work as an Executive Assistant within financial services and work from home two days per week. I've lived in Brussels, Amsterdam and in the Caribbean in Aruba & Barbados. I've just moved to Woolwich and I'm really excited about living here!

I'm into meditation, mindfulness, art exhibitions and on weekends you can find me exploring the city. I would say I'm ambivert - really sociable and friendly but equally happy to give space. I would genuinely love to build a friendship with whoever moves in.

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:
I'm looking for a trustworthy, responsible and extremely clean and tidy person who will care for the flat whilst making it their own home. Cleanliness is non-negotiable - I clean the flat weekly and whoever moves in will need to contribute to weekly cleaning.

The flat is ideally suited to a working professional or postgraduate student. This is an LGBT+ friendly household.
