My flatmate is moving back to her home country at the end of December, so I’m looking for someone to share our lovely flat with me from 27 December 2026 (a little flexible with dates)

We’re in a quiet and really nice part of Woolwich, close to the MOD area and away from Woolwich town centre. Woolwich Arsenal is around a 5-10 minute walk away, with easy access to the Elizabeth line and DLR.

The room is a good-sized double with plenty of storage, and you’ll have your own bathroom.

The flat has a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, a private balcony, communal gardens and a residents’ gym.

£1,050 pcm + bills

A little about me: I work full-time in London and love travelling, going out for food, working out, reading and having cosy nights in. I’m sociable and enjoy having a chat, but I also appreciate having my own space and a relaxed home.

Looking for someone clean, considerate and easy-going who would like to share a home rather than just a flat.
