This is a relaxed, tidy, and respectful home shared with two friendly, well-behaved resident cats. You must be cat-friendly (and allergy-free!).

Ideal for an established, tidy, non-smoking professional (typically 25+) looking for a quiet home base. Single occupancy only; not suitable for couples or additional pets.

Rent: £1,050 / month (all bills included)

Deposit: £1,050 (1 month's rent)
