2 Double rooms - 1 available from monday (29 july), 2nd available from (1 august)

In the first instance please message me before calling stating for how long, when you can move in etc

(as stated above, rooms are preferably to be let to females due to me living with my family)

I would also prefer professionals like teachers or nurses etc. MY house is located within 15 minutes of Queen Elizabeth Woolwich

Rules:
- Please make sure you dont have lots & lots of storage items with you.
- No Pets.
- Recycle your stuff properly (as council will penalise us otherwise)
- No parties
- No Alcohol / Pork (& please use halal chicken/meat, there is tesco nearby that provides this, unless you use your own utensils/pans etc).
- Dont leave electrical items on/standby when you leave the room
- Food to be eaten downstairs (front room, kitchen, TV room or garden)
- Close doors by pushing the handles down as UK houses arent particularly sound proof and sounds travel through
- clean/hoover your room at least once a week
- generally try to be nice & respectful.
