5 minute walk to Woolwich Arsenal station - DLR, Southeastern railways, buses going in all directions. 10 minute walk to Woolwich Arsenal pier, Woolwich ferry & foot tunnel to cross the river Thames. The crossrail (Elizabeth line) is to be opened soon. The house is in an excellent location for those travelling into the heart of or out of the city.
It is a 3 minute walk from town center although the house itself is located on a quiet residential road, so it's the best of both worlds with a wide variety of shops and restaurants nearby, many of which open till late.
There are cheap seasonal roadside car park permits.
The other tenants are working professionals. Smokers are allowed as long as they smoke outside the property.
