Tenants will share a generous amount of communal space including two lounges, a dining room and separate kitchen that looks out onto a pretty garden complete with outdoor dining and lighting.

All bedrooms are cozy, beautifully furnished, ample doubles.

We have two bathrooms also decorated to a high standard.

The house is in an excellent location, Sefton Park is less than five minutes walk away, it is also close to Greenbank and Princes parks.
Bus routes are plentiful and close by.
It is within walking distance of a multitude of good bars, pubs and restaurants on Smithdown and Allerton road and Lark Lane.

The house is central heated with super fast wi-fi and T. V.
Facilities include dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave etc.

An ideal tenant is a single professional who wants to experience living in a lovely home with lots of space whilst being situated in a dynamic area.
