This is a lovely room all ready for yet another person to share my home
You will share this Victorian house with one other ,a lecturer at Liverpool University and myself in a quiet environment surrounded with two lovely parks .
If you are energetic and like to run this is an ideal place for you as Sefton park is close by and is 2.4 miles around the circumference but you can also extend it to Otterspool down near the Mersey.
Lark Lane is 5 minutes away which is packed full of every kind of eatery you could wish for and local supermarkets are just across on Aigburth road.
This place will suit someone who likes some company but generally like their own space.
Meeting of others usually happens in the large kitchen with all the amenities and a sunny south facing garden
All bills are included in the £625 & WIFI with cleaner every week
If bedding/towels is required there is an extra charge.
