The en suite rooms are more like hotel rooms than spare rooms and our typical housemates are, what can I say just amazing. People have met at our houses and become friends for life.

Location: Situated in leafy Aigburth L17 next to Sefton Park, Lark Lane and Aigburth Road with fantastic amenities nearby and great links to the city and beyond.

This unique property combines spectacular interior design, with luxurious quality. The rooms have been tailor made and uniquely designed, all offering private en-suite facilities, workstations and fully furnished.

We've created a big shared co-living space on the ground floor, with funky wall panelling. There is a boutique kitchen-diner, with plenty of seating and separate and access to a rear yard with artificial grass and wall panelling.

The kitchen is equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer along with dishwasher and all the usual cleaning and ironing gear is here too..

You can park in the street day and night without a permit..

We cannot recommend a viewing highly enough to avoid disappointment. These rooms will be gone in just a few weeks.
