Gorgeous Large Room in a Family Home

Hello!

We recently bought and renovated this beautiful Victorian house in a prime location in L17.

We are a family of two mums, and two active boys - a 3 year old boy and a 13 month old who are generally well-behaved but can be loud. We both work as doctors. We work quite a lot but also going out for drinks, walks, garden and dinner parties. So altogether four in the house and looking for one more. Please don’t contact if you can’t stand children.

The house is a five-bedroom Victorian house is in a fantastic location. Entertainment is a few minutes walk. 5 minutes from Smithdown road and 5 minutes from Sefton park. 20 minute walk to Lark Lane. 10 minute drive to the city centre. There’s plenty of free street parking and there’s a bus stop with a bus that goes directly to town.
We also have two small friendly chihuahuas so
sorry no more pets.

There’s a toilet downstairs and a shared bathroom upstairs, a lovely living space and a small garden.

Women only please (sorry!). All bills and council tax included. There is a surcharge for a couple, for short term let’s it’s slightly more and a negotiable price reduction if you won’t be there regularly for any part of the week.

Only three asks

1. No smoking in the house.
2. Must possess the wherewithal to keep the house tidy.
3 No home alterations without permission

We will have a cleaner to clean downstairs shared living areas but we do expect a housemate to tidy up after themselves.

Bills are included.
