Stunning Room in a Stunning Location!

My name Jordon, I will be leaving this stunning house at the end of June due to my career moving to London Stansted.

I am therefore looking for someone to take over my tenancy at the end of June, there offering a £150 discount to encourage a seamless transition. The property works on a rolling monthly contract which is super ideal and will go back to £600 per month after your first month 😊

The house has loads of parking! You can choose to park your car outside the house on the road or do what I do.... park my car at Sefton lake as it's literally across the road! The locations is honestly amazing and would have loved to stay in the area.

This is a 7 bedroom house and there will be 3 other flatmates at the time of moving in!

They are super fun and very interesting to talk to. The house is super respectful and up for a socials. Equally, it's not a party house 😝

My room has been perfecto! I get the sun every morning, the heating is really good and the shower is great! The room had a huge wardrobe which practically fits my entire life in it... seriously 😅
