Spacious En-Suite Room, Flat Mostly to Yourself

I’m looking for a friendly, respectful professional/s to share my lovely flat. The unique aspect of this arrangement is that you’ll have the property almost entirely to yourself for the vast majority of the time.

You’ll have a spacious double bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom and a generous walk-in wardrobe, providing plenty of storage and your own private space within the flat.

The flat is bright, comfortable, and fully furnished, with access to the shared living area, walk-in wardrobe room and kitchen. If you have a car, there is also secure gated parking.

There is also a separate main bathroom, which I would use on the occasional nights that I’m staying at the property. As this is still my home, I would return from time to time, usually for a few nights at a time. In practice, you’ll enjoy the space much like having your own flat most of the time. I am tidy, considerate, and respectful of personal space, and would always communicate in advance.

This would be ideal for someone who values space, privacy, and independence, but is happy with a housemate who is rarely around rather than a full-time live-in sharer.
