Peaceful, bright garden flat with cat

Hey,

I'm away over the summer and my one-bedroom flat is available for someone who'd like to stay there.

Maybe you're in-between places, fancy a break, or want to trial how it feels living in this area.

Dates are flexible and there's potential for a longer term stay as well.

About the place
It's a very peaceful, one-bed apartment with a private entrance, private garden and plenty of green space

You can spend days in the hammock, listening to the birds, reading, practising yoga or relaxing.

There's an open plan living area, kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area in a bay window overlooking the garden.

It's near popular Lark Lane and Sefton Park / Princes Park in South Liverpool with plenty of independent coffee shops, cafes/restaurants, bars and vintage shops

My cat will be there during your stay, as I'm not able to take him with me. He'll need food leaving out and cuddles.
