Lark Lane Room to Rent in Homely Household

We are situated on Lark Lane and have a room currently available in our lovely 3 bed apartment. As a household we are clean and really friendly and welcoming and looking for someone similar.

That feeling of a house being a home and not just a room you live in is the vibe in which we like living and hopefully looking for someone who shares that mentality.

We are a queer household our names are Isaac (Myself) and Emile. Our interests are varied from love of music to more nerdy hobbies like Films board games Tabletop etc. We also once in a while really love to go out for a dance and a drink, love love love Sonic Yootha!

The rent is really cheap as we have a sound landlord who hasnt seen the need to raise the rent for a while. Council tax and all other bills are Organised by Myself (M32 Isaac) the lead tennant and they roughly come to an extra 130 ish pounds extra on top of rent a month for gas leccy council tax and internet :)

Ideally we are looking for someone who shares some of our values and interest but honestly just looking for a sound emotionally intelligent person who we would get on with. Please get in touch and let us know about yourselves aswell thank so much for reading :).
