Double Ensuite Room in Aigburth

Large living room with TV

A top floor ensuite double room is offered with a friendly live in Landlord. I'm an ex-academic (Astrophysics), now a consultant, who is active with many different sports and hobbies (running, rowing, flying) and often out and about, leaving the house to yourself. I've had tenants before and I'm quite relaxed. I'd be looking for a balance of someone who I get on with, but also appreciates their own and others space. Generally the house is quiet, but I do like to have a house party every year!

All bills inc council tax, are included. Also a cleaner for the communal areas and bathrooms every other week.

The room would suit a professional / post-grad student, who's looking to feel at home. I'm happy for people to have friends over, etc.

Unfortunately I wouldn't consider someone who is a fully remote worker, as there isn't really the office space to be working mainly from home. I'm hybrid, so in the office mostly but work from home the odd day here and there. Looking for someone similar.

- The room -
Attic room with own ensuite (electric shower)
Furnished with large chest of drawers, open wardrobe, anda desk. It's up to the tennant on what they would like in there and how they want it arranged. Just sprucing up the room, so photos pending (before end of Aug)

- The house -
In a great location, 10 minutes walk from 3 lovely parks (Sefton, Otterspool and Sudley), and 20mins walk from Lark Lane.

The kitchen is cosy, and features a range cooker. One large living room with a TV and a smaller one with log burner which doubles as my office.
