A very spacious loft en suite flat is available for short term letting from October 12th to November 2nd. Occupying the entire second floor of a large Victorian house it has a shower wc and washbasin, double bed and ample storage in one side and a table, dining chairs, day bed, tv, easy chair opposite and kitchenette in the other. The kitchenette has a kettle toaster microwave crockery etc. and food storage. There is also a large well equipped kitchen/dining room in the basement of the house which is shared by fellow house guests. The live in landlady has her own amenities.
The house is in a leafy avenue opposite Sefton Park and close to a pleasant walking area in Toxteth Cemetary. Gardens front and back are accessible to guests and include a deck tables and chairs and a gazebo for use in all weathers. There is on street parking.
A bus service runs from close by to Liverpool One and the 60 Circular and an all night service is available in an adjacent street.
Shops, supermarkets, fast food outlets cafes and restaurants are in easy walking distance in Smithdown Road and Lodge Lane which specialises in groceries and cuisine from across the world. The popular destination Lark Lane is a ten minute walk across the park for a wide variety of cafes bars and restaurants.
All utility bills are included in the rent as is regular basic cleaning. The house is Band D and Council Tax where applicable is included.
The house is very quiet and peaceful and guests are respectfully requested to maintain this noise and loud music free house culture.
Guests will be accepted for bookings of minimum one week and a maximum of one year subject to extension by negotiation. Visitors are welcome for short stays of a two or three days by agreement with the landlady at a supplement of £10 per night.
The landlady has several decades experience of letting to house guests and has 100% positive reviews. She aims to offer a home from home and to give good service to lodgers.
