Furnished double room close to Sefton Park

The house is a 3 bed with live in owner and one other lodger.
- The room on offer was recently decorated and has a double bed, large wardrobe, set of drawers, bed side table and shelves. (A desk is available if required)
- Bills are included (gas/electric/wifi/tv licence/council tax- band B/water/netflix/window cleaning).
- We chip in for a cleaner (around £30 each per month).
- The room is available from 14th June.
- I will happily consider weekday lets and mature students.
- Would consider small/medium well-behaved dogs (sadly, not cats due to allergies)
- We're looking for someone who's considerate and happy to get to know their housemates, maybe get into a TV series together, but we also respect each other's personal space.

Facilities
Both the bathroom and kitchen are recently refurbished - kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, and tumble dryer. You'll also find a dining room and living room with super comfy sofas. Outside is a sunny South-facing yard complete with a shed for bike storage - you even get the option of some hammock time when the weather allows.

Location
It’s easy to get into the city centre with bus stops and train stations nearby. We’re only five minutes walk from Sefton Park and close to Lark Lane for all your cafe/restaurant/bar/gift shop needs! We're also lucky to have coffee/gift shop and a rather dangerous patisserie at the bottom of the road. It’s a really friendly street too and the neighbours are lovely.

Housemates
I work in a special needs school and fill my time with friends and creative hobbies.
The third bedroom is currently let by a fab and funny gal who loves travel and novelty earrings. We're a friendly pair who get along well and intermittently get hyper fixated on doing jigsaws together while watching Taskmaster.

We're ideally looking for those who identify as women but respectful, tidy men welcome too.
