Furnished double room close to Sefton Park

The house is a 3 bed with live in owner and one other lodger.
- The room on offer will be freshly decorated and has a double bed, large wardrobe, set of drawers, bed side table and shelves.
- Bills will be included (gas/electric/wifi/tv licence/council tax- band B/water/netflix/nowtv).
- We split the cost of a cleaner which is currently around £30 a month each. The room is available from mid May.
- I will happily consider weekday lets and mature students.
- We're looking for someone who's considerate and happy to get to know their housemates, maybe get into a TV series together, but we also respect each other's personal space.

The house has a spacious, recently refurbished kitchen (with washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer), dining room and shared living room. There is one bathroom with bath/shower (also recently refurbished). It also has a South facing yard which is a lovely spot to enjoy the sunshine in summer. There is now a small shed in the yard with room to store bikes.

It’s easy to get into the city centre with bus stops and train stations nearby. We’re only five minutes walk from Sefton Park and close to Lark Lane for all your cafe/restaurant/bar/gift shop needs! It’s a really friendly street too and the neighbours are lovely.

I work at the university and fill my time with friends and writing. My film collection and love of board games exposes my inner nerd. The third bedroom is currently let by a fab gal who loves Eurovision, comedy and a good drama series. We're a friendly pair who get along well - we recently finished watching The Wire and are now working through The Sopranos. And we both enthusiastically support the new patisserie at the bottom of the road.
We're ideally looking for a woman to share with (as current flatmates are women).
