Rural, quiet, good sized garden, nice pets.

All bills included. It's a nice south facing room with year round sun, the garden backs on to fields. Garden is also accessible directly from the room. It has a cat flap. Room dimensions - slightly over 4m long by 2.6m wide. Quiet location, no houses opposite or behind. Ainsdale is a nice community, both neighbours either side are friendly and respectful. I have lots of cats, all with their own personalities to get to know, it's heaven for cat lovers. I have a daughter, 13, who may visit, so needs to be someone ok to be around kids. I can't have someone move in who might cause her to not visit any more (why it's female preferred). I'm welcome to different views, it will be best if you can handle different views too! It's not a party house, it's a safe place, no drunkenness, etc, no romantic visitors! I'm ok with people who are not in work but please be sure you can get what you need from government before you move here as they were very awkward with the most recent housemate, forced to leave because of them. Other housemate still here is 21 year old girl, Steph- also a pet lover, but has a bad dog allergy, so dogs aren't ok here. She works part time, is quiet and friendly. She's been here over a year. She's happy to chat about the place, I can give her number.

I think it's best to arrange a viewing rather than have long text interactions, lots of people seem fine online but then are different in person! We get a suspicious amount of flaky ghosters who arrange viewing and don't show or show up but obviously having not read this! Thanks for reading!
