Hi, I have a double room available in a quiet 3 bedroom Semi-detached house in Birkdale.
There is only myself living here so you can choose between 2 spare rooms! The other room will stay empty so never more than 2 people living here!
The house is very close to Farnborough Road school and less then 2 miles on main bus route to the hospital so would suit quiet professionals from either.
The house comprises of 2 Living Rooms (both with 55 inch+ tvs), 2 bathrooms (1 new extension and 1 new bath/shower, kitchen, Utility Room with Washer and Drier. You can have the front living room to yourself except I work from there sometimes during the day.
