We welcome a female short-medium term tenant to our newly completed bed-sit room. Rates are £600 pcm if staying more than 1 month, or £190 pw for shorter lets.
We are 10min drive away from Alder Hey and Broad Green hospitals - great for medical staff.
Happy to accommodate weekly rental up to 3 months.
You'll be staying with a family of 7: 2 adults 3 school age children and 2 cats. Our kids are with us 50% of the time.
The room is on the ground floor, with access to communal living space, kitchen/diner, utility space, 2 bathrooms and our garden. Off-street parking.
Local amenities include Lidl 7mi walk , bus stops to Liverpool 7min walk, Broad Green train station 20min walk.
